William joined VSSCo in September 2017 after previously working with Zoetis. Since September 2018, he has led the day‑to‑day operations, working closely with the directors and senior management team. As a vet with experience in mixed animal practice before his time at Zoetis, he has a genuine understanding of the daily challenges our customers face, which allows him to approach every decision with their priorities firmly in mind.
Even in an era where online interaction is the norm, William has always held onto the advice of a former veterinary customer who told him, “people buy from people.” That insight continues to shape his approach, ensuring every customer has access to knowledgeable staff who are ready to chat.
